Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Finance Associate to support daily Lockbox Operations and Trade Finance processing. The role involves completing assigned tasks within agreed timelines, ensuring accuracy, and escalating issues as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily lockbox operations and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
  
• Process and support Documentary Collections (Inward/Outward) and Advising of Letters of Credit.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accuracy standards, and TAT/SLA expectations.
  
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• 13 years of experience in Trade Finance operations.
  
• Hands-on experience in Documentary Collections and Letter of Credit advising.
  
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of trade finance documents.
  
• Ability to work in APAC or US shifts.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.
  
• Knowledge of international trade practices and banking procedures preferred.
