Education: MBA Finance / Commerce / Finance related degree preferred
Shift: Flexible to work in shifts

Job Description

We are looking for a Middle Office Analyst / Associate to support daily operations related to derivative trade processing and post-trade activities. The role involves trade validation, exception management, and coordination with internal teams and counterparties to ensure smooth settlement and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Processing

• Process derivative trades in internal systems
• Send trade notifications to third parties (fund trustees, counterparties, etc.)
• Monitor and resolve trade exceptions and breaks

Operations & Coordination

• Liaise with counterparties for cash flow settlements
• Work closely with hub teams and internal stakeholders to resolve trade breaks
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams

Reporting & Controls

• Maintain exception reporting as per internal control and client requirements
• Ensure accurate documentation and operational compliance
• Support team deliverables and process improvements

Eligibility Criteria

• 1 3 years of experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets Operations
• Exposure to derivatives, trade processing, or middle office operations
• Experience in trade lifecycle / settlements / exception management preferred
