About the Role
We are hiring for our Client Management Operations team that supports global business lines across the organization. The role involves handling Audit Confirmations for Global Markets and Corporate Banking products for international stakeholders. This is a high-visibility client service position requiring strong coordination, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Process audit confirmation requests in line with agreed SLAs.
- Produce & deliver daily audit confirmation statements for Global Markets and Corporate Banking.
- Ensure correct parameterization of reports across asset classes and timely distribution.
- Perform daily controls to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and enhance operational policies, procedures, and controls.
- Propose process improvements, automation ideas, and participate in UAT cycles.
- Coordinate with Sales, Back Office, and Middle Office teams to resolve queries.
- Manage relationships with VIP clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of experience in banking / global markets / client services / audit confirmations.
- Understanding of global markets products, derivatives, and financial instruments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal ability.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven.
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
