About the Role

We are hiring an experienced FX Money Market & OTC Derivatives Operations Associate for our Global Markets Operations team. The role focuses on trade settlements, payments processing, cash management, and reconciliations across FXMM and OTC derivative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Process FX & Money Market settlements on value date
  
• Execute and verify payments (MT103, MT202, MTMX) via SWIFT
  
• Manage settlements for corporate and inter-bank trades
  
• Handle cash management and funding activities
  
• Perform daily end-of-day reconciliations
  
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks and operational issues
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements
  
• Coordinate with onshore teams across APAC & EMEA
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial markets operations
  
• Minimum 2 years in FXMM and OTC Derivatives settlements
  
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, and payment flows
  
• Working knowledge of SWIFT messages (MT103, MT202, MTMX)
  
• Good understanding of financial instruments (FX, MM, swaps, bonds, equities)
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
