Job Description

Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers across organizations.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Account Planning, Mapping, meeting the Decision-Making Unit of the prospect or existing clients
  • Working on the leads for qualifying and taking it to a closure
  • Handling presentations, techno commercial negotiations and Closures
  • Understanding the clients existing infrastructure and the pain points and building on the clients transformation journey/ growth journey
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Answering the RFI/RFP/PoC etc with the help of Pre-Sales team
  • Handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Conduct research on competitors and industry trends.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in IT infrastructure.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with technical staff to ensure client needs are met.
  • Participate in internal and external client debriefs to improve service delivery.
  • Should have handled at least 2-3 Infrastructure Managed Services for a deal size of not less than 2-3 Million USD.
  • Managed few Global accounts as a strategic and independently contributed for the growth of the accounts in opportunity mining within.
