Job Description: Assistant Manager Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecom industry or collections. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring efficiency and productivity. Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department. - Manage teams and allocate tasks effectively to achieve operational targets. - Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for performance improvement. 2. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement. - Foster a positive work environment conducive to growth. and development. 3. Customer Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly. 4. Collections Management (if applicable): - Oversee collections activities and ensure adherence to collection policies and procedures. - Analyze collection data and trends to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize collections efficiency and reduce delinquency rates. 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis. - Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecom industry or collections. - Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Salary budget: Up to 40,000 INR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
