Position Summary Key Objective / Purpose of the Job: This is a technical position that acts as a Level-2 NOC support for SDWAN Services across multiple OEMs Good To Have Wireless LAN Controller, Cisco Meraki, Cisco DNAC Routing and Switching knowledge Technical Skills Experience in provisioning of Versa, Fortinet, Viptela SDWAN, On-Prem & Cloud based deployments. Expert level understanding & hands-on SDWAN Major release Versa 20.2.3, FortiOS 6.4, Viptela 19.2 & beyond. Expert level understanding & hands-on MPLS, BGP, IPSEC, ESP, vxLAN, TLS, DTLS, TLOC, DMVPN, ADVPN, NAT, PAT. Expert level understanding & Hands-on Firewall Policies, Threat Protection, Content Filtering, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, Access-list, , DHCP, SSID, VLAN, WLAN, STP, NAT, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless. Experience in provisioning in Cisco Miraki, EnGenius & other Manage Wi-Fi services for Cloud based & On-Prem Solutions Good Knowledge & Hands-on Miraki SDWAN Appliance MX series (MX-64, Mx-68), MS Series. switches, MR Series Access Points. Good Knowledge & Hands-on EnGenius ECS Series Switches, ECW Series Access Points. Should have thorough understanding on Cisco Miraki & EnGenius Dashboard, Reporting, Scheduling. Versa VXN100,300, Fortinet NSE5/6/7, Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions Part 1 (ECMS 1) & Part 2 (ECMSI 2) certifications will be preferred. EnGenius Cloud Management Solution Specialist Certification will value add. Behavioral Skills Good Analytical, Diagnostic and Problem-Solving skills, Customer Centricity, Dealing with ambiguity. Good aptitude to learn new technology. Self-motivated and works well under pressure. Should be a good team player. Work Experience Experience in provisioning of Versa, Fortinet, Viptela SDWAN, Cisco Miraki, EnGenius On-Prem & Cloud based deployments. Provisioning Cisco Miraki, EnGenius & other Manage Wi-Fi services on Cloud based & On-Prem Solutions. Good Knowledge & Hands-on Miraki SDWAN Appliance MX series (MX-64, Mx-68), MS Series switches, MR Series Access Points. Good Knowledge & Hands-on EnGenius ECS Series Switches, ECW Series Access Points. Expert in troubleshooting for issue pertaining to VLAN, WLAN, NAT, PAT, firewall policies, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP protocols, internet. Technical Competencies Provide earliest fault isolation & resolution of issues pertaining to Versa, Fortinet, Viptela SDWAN. Should play key role in maintenance of Versa, Fortinet, Viptela SDWAN and other OEM platforms. Works with OEM for platform & customer service performance improvement, upgrades, & moves/adds/change/delete (MACDs). Manages network incidents, owns earliest fault isolation, periodic technical updates, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Permanent Corrective Action (PCA) with adherence to timelines. Develops Versa, Fortinet, Viptela SDWAN LAB for testing of code, hot-fix & POCs. Conducts platform audits to identify design, config gaps, present it within TAC & engineering for review and work for fix. Conducts internal training on acquired skill sets through day-to-day learnings for NOC L1 & L2 members. Keep eye on repeat incidents & work out for permanent fix through problem management process. Arrange periodic service & platform performance dashboards. Knowledge / Skills
