Job Description

Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience required in

  • Salesforce Admin capabilities and work with Salesforce support team in resolving any cases with them.
  • Apttus/Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software.
  • Knowledge on Development (Apex, Trigger, Flows).
  • LWC concepts.
  • Good understanding on Data Model, Data Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission sets),User Management, Relationships.
  • Preparation of Dashboards & Reports.
  • Analysing & Resolving User Issues on Production environment.
  • Able to capture logs for production issues good to know to debug them.
  • Good communication skills.
