Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all end-user devices
and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential
threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as
providing IT support.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT
administration.
- Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end
users, ability to perform basic troubleshooting and assist users
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology,
information systems, or similar.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or
Cisco certification.
Mac and linux, wisdowns Os hands on experience is mandatory
At least two years experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related
technologies.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system
security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Jira and similar agile project management
tools.
Able to work in an environment using cloud systems.
Comfortable with Enterprise Resource Planning programs and tools.
Strong computing and scripting skills.
