: Responsibility - 3-5 Years of Experience in handling Retail lending,NBFC compliance,RBI compliance,Housing finance compliance. - Ensuring that all the Companys compliances as mentioned under NBFC Act & Rules are done in a timely manner. - Disseminating regulations to business and support functions and providing ongoing advisory services to ensure that the NBFC operates in accordance with all regulatory and legal requirements and compliance standards. - Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance program. Ensuring adequate back up documentation is prepared for each compliance including for reporting under various applicable regulations. - Correspondence with the regulators RBI, Financial Intelligence Unit, other regulator(s) etc from time to time. - Preparing concise compliance reports (MIS) to the management - Providing guidance, advice, and/or training and educational programs, to improve business' understanding of related laws and regulatory requirements. - Ability and willingness to single-handedly conduct all compliance related functions.
