Job Description

:
1. Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points ;
2. Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee/Board;
3. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries;
4. Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders;
5. Executing Compliances under the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Insider Trading Compliances including stock exchange intimation for Debt Listed entity;
6. Fund Raising related Activities as and when required;
7. Review & Modifications to the Terms of Reference of Board Level Committees and Regulatory Policies;
8. Ensuring compliances applicable to a Middle Layer NBFC;
9. Preparing required form to be filed with MCA and other authorities;
10. Maintaining Internal MIS of Compliance Tracker.
