Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating systemlevel across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills :IBM CICS (Customer Information Control System)
Good to have skills :Mainframe DevOps, Mainframe Modernization
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Qualifications and Skills Expertise in IBM Assembler programming with a strong focus on working in a CICS and batch environment Proficiency in debugging and analysis tooling usage and practices
skilled Mainframe Assembler Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of CIF IBM Assembler language programs, implementing approved changes, providing production support, and analyzing the performance and stability of these programs. Additionally, the role involves recommending modernization options to transition the Assembler code to higherlevel languages.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the inventory of CIF IBM Assembler language programs, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility.2. Implement approved change requests to the CIF IBM Assembler programs, adhering to established procedures and standards.3. Perform production support for the CIF IBM Assembler programs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.4. Analyze the performance and stability of the CIF IBM Assembler programs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending necessary adjustments.5. Recommend modernization options to transition the Assembler code to higherlevel languages, promoting longterm maintainability and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:* Expertise in IBM Assembler programming, with a strong focus on working in a CICS and batch environment.* Proficiency in debugging and analysis tooling usage and practices for IBM Assembler programs.* Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.* Experience in managing and maintaining largescale software systems, particularly in a mainframe environment.* Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
