Job Description: Secretary/Personal Assistant Position: Secretary/Personal Assistant Location: pune Company Overview: Smart qr Technologies Pvt LTd Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary/Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain office filing systems. including electronic and physical files, and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible. Assist with the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials as required. Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance and repairs. Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging catering and booking venues. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the executive team. Requirements: Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or personal assistant. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multitask effectively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
