Job Description
- Next Sphere Technologies India Pvt Ltd is looking for Technical Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including setting project goals and objectives, defining project scope, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure that projects meet their requirements
- Identify and manage risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project delivery
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards, and that project documentation is properly maintained
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as neededFoster a positive and collaborative team environment and support the professional development of team members
- Collaborate with other delivery managers to share best practices and promote continuous improvement
- Good understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levelsStrong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
