Qualification: CS
Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification required and work experience : The candidate must be qualified ACS member of ICSI with 1-3 yrs experience.
Job description  Expected job profile: 

• Ability to work independently and comfortable with managing a busy workload of changing priorities.
• Experience with Indian and/or International corporate secretarial practice and relevant company law principles, as well as associated compliance requirements is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing reports, articles, newsletters, and other types of content on a range of research topics
  
  
• Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to present research findings to senior management
• Drafting, coordinating and managing the timely and accurate execution of legal, secretarial and corporate documents
• Keep a track of latest developments in the companies under coverage and the sector and incorporate these into the research publications etc
