 Deputy Manager - Spares Planning

Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Spares coordination with all AD Plants for timely supplies of VOR/MTO/Month plan against SPD requirement. Non-current models spares parts planning and execution. (One time/ MOQ/ Monthly schedule) for VOR/BO parts are critical. Stock norm coordination of child parts with Sourcing/DP Team. Concern resolution with SBU Sourcing for Old Non-current / Alternate Parts. Timely adherence to Customer concerns raised by SBU/SPD. Provide Estimated Time of arrival (ETA) for part in consultation with Plant SPOC / SCM/ PPC Monitor Delivery Performance of Plants with strong MIS in place. Proactively take up with SBU Sourcing for supplies of End-of-Life Part supply in consultation with Plant SPOC/Plant SCM Heads. Preferred Industries Automotive Industry Purchase /Supply Chn Auto/Spares Spares Manufacturing Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile Diploma in. Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile General Experience 3 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Spares Planning.
