*Experience:Minimum 2 years of insurance experience in (Sales or Training)*
*Role of a Trainer:*
1. Manage Internal Trainings for Employees on daily bases
2. New employee training on our policies, products and procedures
3. Organize training sessions with candidates daily bases
4. Tracking of new employee (0-6 Months) performance
*Qualifications:*
Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
Age between 21 to 40 Years.
