Your next challenge: To build a Knowledge Management strategy, organization and practice including: To partner with Business Leaders to ensure the right interventions by identifying competence gaps for all functions (Switcher Box tool) for making the Organization Future Ready from a learning & development perspective. Manage content development, digital learning platform, creation of dashboards, curriculum development, delivery methods and measurement. Work closely with Product organization to evolve and establish e-learning modules, video modules and deliver product and technology. Take ownership of capability development for sales, marketing. and project delivery functions. Identify and implement initiatives for employee learning and development. Implement strategic projects apart from L&D as and when required for the organization. Context and Main Issues: Training Need Identification of the departments as per the changing needs. Develop and implement training modules internally or externally to inculcate learning culture. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for learning activities. Keep the training cost within budget Youre a match Graduate with experience of 15+ years relevant experience in Learning & Development function. Proven track record of developing and implementing an enterprise wide learning strategy, preferably in a service industry. Excellent oral, written and influential skills. Strong inter-personal skills. Familiarity with learning concepts, platforms and best practices. Sharp business acumen; should be able to design programs independently. Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify learning and development needs; experience in running targeted development programs.
