The Technical Training Manager will be responsible for daily management and coordination of technical training programs, development of new training programs and content, and assessment of training effectiveness. This role is located in Bengaluru but will provide flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Training Management and Training & Development skills Technical Training and Training experience Experience with Learning Management Systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's. degree a plus Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in e-learning development and instructional design, proficiency in industry-specific technical tools and software, and demonstrated experience in employee training and development
