We are currently looking for SAP Training & Communication Lead to join us at our Global Capability Centre in Gurugram. Key responsibilities: Lead the development of the training strategy to align with the S/4 Deployment Program and business objectives to deploy the transformation roadmap with the right training plan Execute the Global Strategy and plan in line with the program deployment roadmap to ensure effective training campaigns across. all target audiences, working closely with the Country Roll Out Leaders. Leverage digital solutions to deliver training and strengthen the change management plan Monitor training program effectiveness Stay updated on training trends Help employees in career development Perform orientation sessions Create leadership development programs Track training and development progress Manage training & communication budget Ensure effective communication Promote, market, engage, and involve others within and outside the organization Have confidence communicating with people and groups Key requirements: At least 10 years of experience relevant to community advocacy, strategic communications, and/or marketing. Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
