Position Overview: As the Executive Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and growing our Executive education business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to create new programs and take these to the market, ensuring a balance between B2B engagements with corporate clients and B2C open. programs available on our website. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with corporate partners, and creating innovative educational offerings. Key Responsibilities: A. Program Development: Design and develop innovative executive education programs catering to the needs of both corporate clients and individual professionals. Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty members to ensure the content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry trends. B. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance the visibility and reputation of our executive education offerings. Develop and implement strategies to aggressively promote and market programs to corporate clients and individual professionals. C. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and customizing programs to address specific challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. D. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both B2B and B2C executive education programs. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with corporate clients, securing partnerships and commitments. E. Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and effective communication of program benefits. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the quality of executive education offerings. Qualifications: Masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in Executive education program development and management. Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of corporate learning and development trends. Work Experience: 3-6 years of work experience
