Job Description

As a Life Insurance Training Manager for the Banca Vertical, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our Banca partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of life insurance products, effective training methodologies, and a passion for developing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development:

    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Banca partners focused on life insurance products and sales techniques.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with industry regulations.
  2. Training Delivery:

    • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for Banca team members, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
    • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, role-playing, and e-learning modules, to enhance learning outcomes.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Ensure Banca partners have a thorough understanding of our life insurance products, features, and benefits.
    • Provide ongoing training to keep the team updated on new products and market trends.
  4. Sales Techniques and Compliance:

    • Train Banca teams on effective sales techniques, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills.
    • Emphasize compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the training programs.
  5. Performance Evaluation:

    • Implement tools and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Banca partners, providing constructive feedback and additional training as needed.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, to ensure alignment of training programs with business goals.
    • Work closely with Banca leaders to address specific training needs and challenges within the vertical.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
