Job Description

In this role, you will be the strategic leader responsiblefor designing and executing a world-class, global recruitment strategy for ourfast-paced SaaS organization. Your primary mission will be to optimize ourhiring practices and ensure that we consistently secure the first time rightcandidates professionals who not only meet our technical and culturalstandards but also drive our mission forward. This role requires a blend ofstrategic vision, deep expertise in global talent acquisition, and adata-driven approach to recruitment innovation across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Strategy Leadership
    • Develop, implement, seamlessly execute and continuously refine a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals and growth trajectory.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit heads across regions to forecast hiring needs and design targeted recruitment initiatives for a faster talent fulfilment.
    • Drive initiatives to standardize best practices and processes across global markets while allowing for local adaptations where necessary.
  • Enhancing Hiring Practices
    • Analyze current hiring processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, ensuring we achieve a first time right hiring approach.
    • Implement robust quality-of-hire metrics and continuous improvement practices to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and candidate quality.
    • Leverage advanced analytics and recruitment technology (ATS, HRIS, and other digital tools) to streamline processes and enhance candidate assessment.
    • Leverage cutting-edge AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring decisionsenhancing speed, precision, and the overall quality of hires while ensuring a data-driven, first time right approach."

Team Management Development

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse, high-performing global recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
    • Establish clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Promote ongoing learning and development initiatives to ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends and recruitment technologies.
  • Employer Branding Candidate Experience
    • Enhance and elevate our employer brand globally to attract top-tier talent, using innovative sourcing strategies and digital engagement.
    • Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring alignment with our company culture and values.
    • Develop strategic partnerships with external agencies, universities, and professional networks to bolster the global talent pipeline.
  • Operational Excellence Compliance
    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance with global and local employment laws, and a consistent high-quality candidate experience.
    • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and recruitment technology investments to maximize ROI.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends, industry benchmarks, and legal requirements in global talent acquisition, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI)
    • Drive RGForALL (our Global DEIB framework) initiatives across all recruitment efforts to ensure a diverse, equitable, and inclusive candidate pipeline.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate DEI best practices into every stage of the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Education Experience
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
    • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global recruitment effortspreferably within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Technical Industry Expertise
    • In-depth understanding of the SaaS industry, technology talent markets, and global recruitment trends.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies that result in high-quality, first-time right hires.
    • Demonstrated success in leveraging recruitment technology and data analytics to drive process improvements and strategic decisions.

    • Communication Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
