Company Description The Next Steps Consultant Role Description The Next Steps consultant is seeking a full-time Education Counsellor / Sr Counsellor / Lead Counsellor for the USA, UK, and CANADA to join our team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to students as they navigate the admissions and application processes for higher education programs. You will help students identify their strengths and interests, research potential colleges and universities, and provide advice and assistance with their application materials, including essays and letters of recommendation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in education, counseling, or related fields Strong knowledge of higher education admissions and application processes Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population and provide personalized guidance and support Excellent communication. and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively, empathize, and respond effectively to questions and concerns Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with education technology platforms and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English and Hindi; additional language skills a plus The Education Counsellor / Sr Counsellor / Lead Counsellor roles will be determined based on years of experience and demonstrated expertise in the field.
