Experience: 15-20 years of experience in Legal, Secretarial & Compliance.
Location: Mumbai
Age: 40 to 45 years

Job Profile:

Documentation(Acquisition related)
  • Structuring
  • Due Diligence
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Handling Board Meetings
  • Trust Deed, Agreements/ Contracts
  • Bid letters
  • Drafting various documents including Offer Document
Preferred Candidate Should have :
  • Experience in the ARC industry
  • Handling a team
  • Having Good communication and negotiation skills including ability to deal with banks, financial institutions, regulators, statutory authorities etc.
