Job Description: We are looking for candidates who can work as an Online Bidder and play an essential role between the client and the project team. They will be generating business over portals like Upwork and Freelancer, PPH, etc. Experience with online bidding portals like Upwork is preferred. The profile is very challenging and an excellent opportunity to improve your skills. Generating business leads by bidding on online freelancing portals like #Upwork, #PPH, #Freelancer, #Guru Connect with potential customers through social media platforms, emails, or any form of digital communication Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients" requirements and acquisitions. Responsible for Online Bidding, Follow-Ups, Competition Analysis, pre-sales activities, and after sales activities Following Up with Clients Continuously and responding to Client Inquiries. Proposal Writing, and requirements gathering. Managing Cost and time Negotiations with clients. and successfully converting Leads into a productive and positive mindset. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Required Skills: Experience in international software service-based platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Flexjobs etc. Experience in a service-based software development company You should be a hunter with a passion for bidding and new business opportunities. Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker. Sales-driven, analytical, creative, and result-oriented. Ability to thrive in an intensely competitive and dynamic market. Have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills Good command of verbal and written English communication Education: Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Academic background in Computer/IT is a plus.
