Job Summary: The individual tracks and monitors country-wise apps. Prepares reports A good hands-on with MS Excel and formulae helps in easy and pictorial report generation. Also, understands customer behaviour, does market research, tracks web engine and social media behaviours and draws insights with conclusions. Good knowledge in short-form or copywriting helps in self-addressing the queries or mentions without an external help. Hands-on in social listening tools to address mentions and replies to customers. Responsibilities: Tracking and monitoring country-wise app ratings Identifying customer pain points and areas of improvement. Create and publish periodic reports on various metrics, data points, and insights. Tracking Social and PR-related app conversations - search engine behaviours, social media, forums, blogs, ratings, reviews, etc. Crisis management skills to manage negative events or sentiments online Promptly respond to our brand audiences within a specified turn-around time Track and Analyze competitor app performance & provide suggestions to the brand for improvements. Ideal Candidate: Good Communication skills ability to communicate and present to stakeholders and country heads Good Comprehensive skills Pro-Active, eager to learn, passionate, open for new explorations Good on Social listening replies, mentions & social listening tools Social Brand Management Good in short-form content Project Requirements: Skillsets: Min. 8 Years of Experience ORM, Response management, Social Listening, Online query generation. Experience in Social Listening Tools, Social Media Tools Knowledge in short form/copies and social media is required.
