: Mobiloitte Technologies Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Online Bidder with a focus on Business Development and IT Sales to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Fiverr, and have a strong background in business development within the IT industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new IT projects through online bidding platforms. Online Bidding: Effectively utilize platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Fiverr, etc., to bid on relevant projects and secure new business opportunities. Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions to. meet their needs. Proposal Creation: Develop detailed and compelling proposals that showcase the company's capabilities, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical and project management, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious business development and revenue targets. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in Business Development and IT Sales, preferably in the IT industry. In-depth knowledge of online bidding platforms and the IT services landscape. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Work experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
