Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Company Secretary at HubAlt. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing legal and administrative functions. They will be responsible for handling corporate governance, statutory compliance, and maintaining company records. This role is located in Jodhpur but offers flexibility to work remotely. Qualifications CS Experience in corporate governance, legal, and secretarial functions Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law and governance frameworks Ability to ensure statutory compliance and maintain company documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in managing board meetings and legal documentation Excellent organizational and analytical skills Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
