Hiring for the Landscaping Division in a KSA-based company for their landscape projects.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling processes and technologies throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural or engineering design, proficiency in BIM software, and a commitment to optimizing project efficiency through collaborative digital processes.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. BIM Implementation: Drive the adoption and integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies within the organization.

 

2. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in BIM software applications (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D) and stay updated on the latest software advancements.

 

3. Collaborative Design: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain BIM models that accurately represent the physical and functional aspects of a project.

 

4. Modelling and Documentation: Create and manage detailed 3D models, documentation, and specifications using BIM software, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

 

5. Clash Detection: Utilize clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts in design elements, minimizing errors and enhancing coordination among disciplines.

 

6. Standards Adherence: Enforce and maintain BIM standards and protocols, ensuring consistency and quality across all BIM deliverables.

 

7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams in the use of BIM tools and methodologies, fostering a collaborative BIM environment.

 

8. Model Coordination: Coordinate models and information exchange between various disciplines, subcontractors, and project phases to ensure seamless project progression.

 

9. Data Management: Manage and organize BIM data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is accessible to project stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a BIM Specialist or similar role.

3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.

4. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.

5. Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

8. Problem-solving skills in clash detection and resolution.

9. Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of BIM industry advancements.

10. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
