A leading Fintech / Digital NBFC is looking for Project Manager (Digital Tech) Job Purpose: The role incumbent will have complete ownership for the software development, implementation and management of cutting edge digital experience across the organization for customers and enterprise users Role: Software Development & Design Develop and implement digital solutions impacting customers users, enterprise users and business partners Primary responsibility for managing the entire software development project lifecycle right from conceptualization, implementation, adoption and optimization. Co-ownership of software solutioning and development with Developers Project Management Responsible for solution designing approach for a project considering requirements, existing products and services and development capability /bandwidth Manage application / product backlog and drive prioritization Interface with various stakeholders, vendors and cross functional teams for clear. requirements, Understanding signoffs, testing closure and dependency management Should have worked under project management tool such as Jira etc. Go-Live Management 360 degree ownership of the projects including Go-Live management, security, infrastructure and support lifecycles. Perform sanity testing, issue reporting and tracking. Manage UAT testing lifecycle and signoffs Manage AWS infrastructure dependencies with Infra team Tech Focus on interface design review, technology development and maintainability Thorough understanding of the API structure and its associated components using various API tools (REST / SOAP) and should be able to test and verify the API functionalities. Should be able to manage cloud based development such as AWS and be aware of the services available. Essential skills Should have worked on Software Development 2-3 years Business analyst / Product Manager role for atleast 2 years Experience in Requirement analysis, UAT testing, vendor management. Analysis of issues and providing resolutions. Technology skills - Development experience in technology such as Java, Angular and AWS / Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce Development is a plus B.E. / MBA preferred CTC on offer: Up to 22 Lacs (Inclusive of 10% variable
