Urgent Opening - Accounts Payable - Bangalore - Jigani HCL Campus.

Years of Experience - 1 to 3 Years

CTC Max - 3.5 LPA

Looking for Immediate Joiners

Shift - Candidate needs to be flexible working in any shift.

Job Description -

Resolve supplier queries-
Invoice status, Reason for Payment pending, Status update, checking invoice status in Invoice Module of ERP system etc
Good knowledge and experience to fetch details related to invoices from ERP Invoice module systems
Can do necessary follow ups with Suppliers and internal stakeholders to close incidents raised by suppliers via Email channel
Handle Vendor Invoice Help desk process as per the defined SOP's and metrics
Should have basic understanding of SAP and Invoicing Module to relevant details related to Invoice process Ability to communicate with client internal teams and suppliers
Knowledge of MS Office esp. MS Excel and MS Word
