Job Description

Hello Everyone!
We are growing our team and looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate to join the Strategy Sourcing department. Corporate Office, Andheri -East. Key Deliverables:
Source and procure APIs and excipients for customer projects, ensuring the timely delivery of raw materials to meet project deadlines for site transfer projects.
Oversee the arrangement of vendor qualification (VQ) documents, manage VQ samples, and handle the creation of new vendor codes.
Coordinate with Vendors & legal team for CDA initiation & closure.
Coordinate procurement for post-launch quantities well in advance, aligning with the launch schedule, and prepare handover sheets containing all necessary details.
Ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing.
Provide support to R&D, Project Management, and other stakeholders in the development and filing of customer projects.
Lead negotiations and supply free-of-cost (FOC) raw materials to R&D for formulation development, while managing plant purchases.
Ensure timely payments to suppliers, maintaining strong supplier relationships and financial compliance. Skills Required:
1-Good spoken & written communication skills
2-Good Sourcing skills.
3-Proficiency in data analysis tools.
4-Good Negotiation skills.
5-Data maintain & strong follow up. Profile Requirements.
Education Qualification - Bachelor of Science.
