Job Description
Role Summary
As a Consultant in GEPs Supply Chain Strategy practice, you will be a critical team member in our consulting engagements, leading workstreams focused on operational excellence and supply chain transformation. You will work closely with other team members and client stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive implementation, while contributing to practice development and AI adoption across all phases of our client delivery model.
Role & responsibilities
- Own discrete workstreams, at the discretion of the Senior Manager, focused on supply chain strategy, operations improvement, and transformation initiatives.
- Apply supply chain best practices, frameworks, and analytical tools to drive measurable results.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to implement solutions and ensure sustainable change.
- Create high-impact, client-ready materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, Excel models, etc.).
- Identify, build, and document agentic AI opportunities to deploy throughout the client delivery lifecycle to drive team efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA strongly preferred; Masters degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field also welcomed for candidates with demonstrated strategic aptitude.
- 23 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain strategy, operations, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Experience with analyzing and diagnosing performance data.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills (both verbal and written), able to adjust style to suit different audiences.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills, able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Growth mindset: curious and driven to learn.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimal travel expected (less than 10%).
