Key Areas of Responsibility
Executes Order Change activities in ERP.
Maintain accuracy of the Scheduled Arrival Date on customer orders to ensure proper sourcing and customer delivery.
Restructure orders to generate staging configurations on orders that require staging.
Ensure Promise Dates are maintained to meet Customer s expectations.
Interfaces with the Buyer to address supply and delivery exceptions that may interfere with the on-time or complete delivery of all hardware and software products associated with a customer sales order.
Monitors inventory levels to assure material will be available and aligned properly to meet customer delivery requirements.
Reviews excess inventory for rework and product substitution.
Provide updates to management on potential risk or issues.

Basic Qualifications
Associates Degree and/or 2 to 3 years of similar work experience in Order Fulfilment.
Prefer a candidate with at least 2 to 3 years of experience with ERP.
Applicant should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing, customer service role.
Balancing a variety of stakeholder needs and expectations.
Dealing with organizational influences, ambiguity and continuous change.
Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
BSC/BE degree / Any PG Degree.
