Sr. Executive - Factory Operations @ Mogli Labs (india)

Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. Candidate would be responsible for the supply chain function along with the logistics operations in Plant.

Role Responsibiltis:

      Plan and monitor daily logistic operations for both inbound and outbound movements.

      FTL (Full Truck load) Background will be must with Bitumen transporter handling.

      Coordinate with transporters, LSPs, and internal teams for smooth dispatches and deliveries.

      Ensure vehicle placement, route planning, and load optimization as per schedule.

      Track shipments and ensure timely delivery with proper documentation (POD, invoice, e-way bill, etc.).

      Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.

      Manage freight reconciliation and vendor coordination for billing and payment follow-ups.

      Maintain and update logistics trackers, MIS reports.

      Look at the plant logistics activities including material unloading/loading supervision.

      Monitor compliance with company safety and transport policies

Qualification & Experience:

  Minimum 2 + years of work experience logistics operations in Plant.

  Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, plant ops. management).

  Must be open to travel

  Graduate from a reputed institute.
