Senior Executive - Post PO Operations @ Mogli Labs (india)

Job Description

Role Objective

We are looking for a true techno-commercial professional who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be responsible for managing Purchase Orders (PO) against the orders received and ensuring seamless coordination across vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Place POs against the orders received
  
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for material availability
  
• Work closely with the category team for order processing
  
• Align logistics with M Express and 3PL partners
  
• Manage TAT and ensure efficient supply chain operations
  
• Drive logistics cost reduction and improve delivery timelines
  
• Maintain system hygiene and adherence to SOPs
  

Qualification & Experience

Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience in operations Essential
  

Knowledge & Skills

• High level of ownership; ability to set up processes from scratch Essential
  
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment Essential
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Essential
  

Education

• Graduation Essential
