Job Description

Job Title: IMDS & Material Compliance Analyst

Location:Coimbatore
Experience: 1.5 - 2.5 Years
Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Create and analyze material/substance trees in IMDS based on customer-released BoMs.
Prepare and validate chemical composition datasheets for automotive components.
Ensure IMDS entries meet ELV, GADSL, and other material declaration standards.
Resolve queries from suppliers and customers related to material data.
Conduct quality checks on supplier IMDS submissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical/material data.
Perform SoC analysis for REACH, RoHS, ELV, and Conflict Minerals compliance.
Monitor chemical usage to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with IMDS
Knowledge of ELV, REACH, RoHS, GADSL, and Conflict Minerals regulations
BoM and material data analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
