HR Recruiter

Location: Mira Raod (WFH)
Salary: Rs. 1.00 lpa - 1.50 lpa

Should have their own laptop/PC (Not Mandatory)

Job Role:

• Managing the whole recruiting process in accordance with the client's specifications.
• Working with different companies across India.
• Hands-on experience recruiting using the Naukri platform.
• Understanding the demand and searching for suitable individuals.
• Taking telephone interviews to screen CVs based on the abilities and criteria specified by the customer in mandates.
• Sharing appropriate applicant profiles with clients.
• Maintaining daily trackers of candidates for various roles.
• Scheduling interviews for candidates and keeping resources warm for the post until it is filled.
• Follow up with candidates during the selection process, including document collecting, salary negotiation, confirm doj, and post-offer follow ups.
• Assuring participation following selection.
• Follow up once you've joined.
