Responsibilities:-
* Responsibilities Understand the client requirements, Sourcing Strategy/ Plan for various requirements

* Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References, and Applications on Company Websites.

* Evaluate the profiles, shortlist, and submit the right fit profiles to clients.

* Negotiate with candidates and follow through with activities till on boarding of the can-didates as per the offer conditions of the client.

* Must have strong experience in Non-IT

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Requirements and skills

* Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

* Experience with sourcing techniques

* Understanding of referral programs

* Solid verbal and written communication skills

* Sound judgement

* BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
