  Job Title Recruitment Executive (UK Out of Hours Role) Work from Office  
  Shift Timings : Flexible to work in Graveyard shifts, weekends and bank holidays working. Any 2 days off on weekdays.
  Job Location :Ahmedabad

• Reports to Team Lead/ Assistant Operations Manager If you can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we would like to meet you. You will play an important part in building a strong brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees for our clients.

Require Details :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
• We are looking for people who are willing to work in rotational shift
• Must be very flexible and willing to work in rotational shift, no off over the weekend and festivals too.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic knowledge of excel to maintain the report.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Helping clients to find suitable candidate to fill their vacancies.
• Making phone calls to candidates who are judged to be eligible.
• Doing background checks and verifying the references, work experience.
• Developing a relationship with candidate while booking shift.
• Updating the recruitment agency database with the details of potential candidates.
• Calling up a candidate and informing them if they have been successful or unsuccessful in their application.
• Bookings during OOH. Handling cancellation, DNA. Making phone calls & Emails to candidate for compliance
