Job Description

: We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist with extensive experience in Call Centre & BPO environments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mass recruitments, utilizing job portals and other recruitment tools effectively, and managing recruitment vendors to ensure the timely acquisition of top talent.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for Call Centre & BPO positions, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality candidates in a high-volume environment.
  3. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and networking events, to source qualified candidates.
  4. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to match them with suitable roles.
  5. Coordinate and manage recruitment vendors to augment candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance recruitment processes and strategies.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes.
  10. Uphold compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Call Centre & BPO environments.
  3. Proven track record in mass recruitments and managing high-volume hiring processes.
  4. Familiarity with a variety of recruitment tools, including job portals, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms.
  5. Strong proficiency in candidate assessment techniques, including behavioral interviews and skills assessments.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  8. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to solve recruitment challenges.
  9. Experience in vendor management and negotiation skills preferred.
