Designation: Executive - HR Operations & Recruitment Key Responsibilities Assisting Seniors in HR operations related tasks i.e onboarding, Exit process, Admin, Vendor management & Employee Engagement Should do public speaking in terms of engaging employees during employee engagement events and activities Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Prepare HR-related reports and data as needed Assisting seniors in sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Naukri, Times & Monster also through Reference and Network. Searching resumes through internal databases, references and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn searches. Assisting seniors sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement. Screening the Candidate based upon the Educational qualification, Technical skills, Communication skill and experience. Updating the Database skill wise. against given Requirement Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates. Meet set targets as per recruitment plan Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Eligibility Criteria Relevant work experience of at least 6 months in IT industry Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication
