Job Description

As a Banca Channel Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the bank's clients to drive insurance sales. This role involves collaborating closely with the bank's staff to identify customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the bank's insurance portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Building:

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with bank staff, including branch managers and frontline employees.
    • Collaborate with the bank's teams to integrate insurance products seamlessly into the overall customer experience.
  2. Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on the features and benefits of various insurance products offered through the Banca channel.
    • Provide training and support to bank staff to enhance their understanding of insurance products.
  3. Customer Engagement:

    • Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
    • Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Targets:

    • Set and achieve sales targets for insurance products within the Banca channel.
    • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  5. Cross-Selling:

    • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the integration of insurance products with other banking services.
    • Work closely with the bank's teams to execute cross-selling initiatives.
  6. Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation for insurance policies.
    • Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in the sale of insurance products.
  7. Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
    • Provide feedback to enhance existing insurance products and develop new offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Insurance certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a Banca channel environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
