We have a multidisciplinary team of qualified psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, psychiatric social workers, behavioral therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other doctors and therapists dedicated to providing high-quality and effective treatment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Solace Neurobehavioral and Child Guidance Center. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the center. The role will involve. close collaboration with the clinical team and management to ensure the best quality of care and services are provided to our patients. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders 3-4 years of experience in the psychiatry or healthcare industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Understanding of market research and analysis techniques Location: Kochi Interested candidates can share the resumes at hidden_email
