Experience: 10 to 15+ yearsJob Description -- Must have RPA experience and leading Bot Support engagement
- Promote adherence to frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or other relevant methodologies
- Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and clients for service-related matters.
- Track and analyze service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting service performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend process
- RPA key platforms knowledge is essential i.e., UiPath, Power Automate and Automation Anywhere
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in service management tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks are highly desirable
