Job Description
Role Summary:
SOC Delivery Lead The SOC Delivery Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end SOC service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, smooth client transitions, and strong governance for security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 24/7 SOC monitoring, triage, incident response, and escalation procedures.
- Ensure strict SLA adherence, operational excellence, and robust service governance.
- Lead SOC transitions, including scope finalization, knowledge transfer (KT), onboarding, and stabilization.
- Serve as the primary client contact for escalations and regular service reviews.
- Manage SOC teams, driving skill development and strategic workforce planning.
- Coordinate incident handling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and proactive threat hunting.
- Utilize technical expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, ArcSight) to guide the team.
- Operationalize SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, and UEBA platforms to improve efficiency.
- Integrate the MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence into SOC standard operating procedures.
