Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Application Support Engineer at CorroHealth.
This role requires a candidate with a strong background in software solutions and customer support for a Product Support role.
Eligible criteria:
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Work location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Noida
Work mode: WFO
Salary: Best in industry
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical expertise in ticketing tools, Active Directory, Windows Server, and customer support
- Experience with international clients and customers
Qualifications include:
- A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three years providing software solutions and consulting in a software deployment role
- Advanced technical support experience in a customer-facing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
Required experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, XML, JavaScript, PowerShell Script, SQL Queries, Microsoft Active Directory, SaaS, Citrix, VPN, networking, HL7, and Azure technologies
- Four or more years of installation and support experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2022, and Microsoft Terminal Services in a customer-facing environment
- Technical knowledge in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft SQL Server environments (2014, 2017, 2019, 2022).
Additional skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Time management and project management abilities
- Healthcare IT experience is a plus
The role involves performing installation, upgrade, and support activities with minimal disruption to the business while adhering to standard change management policies. Candidates with primary skills in Windows Server 2022 and Microsoft SQL Server environments, as well as secondary skills in networking and Active Directory, are encouraged to apply.
