Manage the local training resources and training schedule.
Manage & Develop assigned Trainers and TOs on a day to day basis.
Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training.
To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly.
Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined. timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
To manage training & development objective of the allotted PARTNER branches/cluster.
To ensure optimal training coverage to realize desired sales & product mix objective.
To plan training calendar and ensure training coverage as per planned calendar & training needs & agreed flavor of the month.
Need min 4+ yr of LI / Banking training exp
