Job Description

• Training as per assigned Channel.
• Manage the local training resources and training schedule.
• Manage & Develop assigned Trainers and TOs on a day to day basis.
• Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training.
• To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly.
• Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined. timelines.  Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
• To manage training & development objective of  the allotted PARTNER branches/cluster.
• To ensure optimal training coverage to realize desired sales & product mix objective.
• To plan training calendar and ensure training coverage as per planned calendar & training needs & agreed flavor of the month.
• Need min 4+  yr of LI / Banking training exp
• Graduation mandatory 
• Age below 40
