JD for Executive Learning & Development
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Implementing the latest learning practices to deliver high impact learning solutions
- Design and implement the learning calendar with due focus on Technical, functional, commercial, and behavioural skill development programs and refreshers
- Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions with suitable partners
- Managing the learning initiatives, overseeing the administration and logistics of training delivery
- Managing relationships with vendors, co-designing high impact content with business stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all vendor management requirements.
- Partnering with data subject matter experts and business stakeholders to structure learning programs, design learning pathways and develop learning contents/solutions
- Coordinate learning activities, collect and analyze feedback from target audiences and pilot user groups and implement measures to evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions
- Track and report learning KPIs and meaningfully incorporate feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and other key stakeholders to align executive development programs with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and customize executive development programs, including leadership training, coaching, mentoring, and other relevant interventions.
Skills:
- Experience in developing face-to-face, digital, and blended learning solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication to be able to articulate insights to stakeholders
- Good excel skills, understand the value of accurate data and basic analytics
- Be updated on learning trends and relevant insights from the industry
- Adaptability and Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent planning skills and Ability to multi-task and manage various assignments concurrently
